Booking Policies: Flathead Fly Fishing Guides

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your trip date(s). Remaining balances are due the day of your guided trip.

Cancellations 30+ Days Before Your Trip

• If you cancel 30 or more days prior to your scheduled trip, you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus a $30 cancellation fee.
• Please note: Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, as these are retained by our payment processor.

Cancellations 8-29 Days Before Your Trip

• For cancellations made 8 to 29 days prior to your trip, the deposit is non-refundable.
• Due to the short notice, it becomes very difficult for us to rebook your date. During peak season, our guides are fully committed, and last-minute cancellations directly impact their income. Our policy ensures fairness to both guests and guides.

Cancellations Within 7 Days of Your Trip

• Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled trip are non-refundable in full. The remaining balance will be charged at the full trip rate.

All refunds, when applicable, will incur:

• A $30 cancellation fee, and
• Non-refundable credit card processing fees, which are withheld by the payment processor and not returned to us when a refund is issued.
